Probably the best Gelato in Pisa, definitely our favorite. They’ve earned prestigious awards, like the “Tre Coni” from Gambero Rosso, and they use fresh and seasonal ingredients, organic milk, free-range eggs, and locally sourced fruit where possible.
It’s truly a centrepiece of the city and well worth a visit if you’re making the trip to Livorno. It’s housed in a striking, large historical building from the late 19th century, impressive even before you step inside.
